Each year when we visit Honduras, we’re continually inspired by the incredible range of coffees produced in Santa Barbara. These visits give us the chance to connect with producers, hear their stories, and cup through dozens of fresh lots. As part of our Farmlevel initiative, we remain committed to investing in coffee-producing communities. One of the most meaningful ways we do that is by purchasing directly from producers we trust, year after year.

Named after Lake Yojoa, the largest lake in Honduras, nestled at the base of the Santa Barbara mountains, this coffee celebrates the land and the people who call it home. It’s a reflection of community, resilience, and the exceptional quality that continues to emerge from this region.
