Guatemala Mujeres de Huehue

This marks our second year purchasing Mujeres de Huehue from our friends at Primavera—a regional blend that puts a fresh spin on our favorite Huehuetenango coffees.

Gender equity remains a challenge in the coffee industry, with women growers often facing limited access to land, credit, training and education, despite their vital role in cultivation, harvest and processing. Studies show that when women are empowered to make financial and farming decisions, their families and communities thrive.

Every lot in this blend is fully traceable to the farm level, adhering to Primavera’s strict sourcing standards. Only coffees grown by women producers are selected, and these farmers receive a well-deserved premium for their contributions. We’re honored to support this initiative and showcase the exceptional work of women in Huehuetenango.
