Dobenawicho hails from Ethiopia’s famed Sidama region, and lives up to its stellar reputation for producing clean and bright washed coffees. This region’s cool microclimate, fertile soils, and ample rainfall create ideal conditions to produce some of the finest slow maturation Ethiopian coffees. This lot was selected from dozens of high quality offers, and we are excited to now share it with you.
From hot to cool, this coffee is remarkably consistent with great flavor clarity. Imagine picking a lemon straight off the tree and being immersed in its delicate, high-toned fragrance. That citric acidity lingers, and is complemented by a peach sweetness and hints of black tea. It is truly a coffee to sip and ponder life, or just chill out in the sun.
