Colombia Nestor Lasso Ombligon Farmlevel Reserve

This exceptional coffee comes from three passionate producers: Nestor Lasso, his brother Adrian, and Johan Vergara. Together, they founded El Diviso, a farm dedicated to the craft of specialty coffee. From the beginning, their mission has been clear: to push the boundaries of coffee processing while delivering uncompromising quality.

Their curiosity and commitment to innovation have earned them international recognition, especially for their work with unique and underrepresented varieties. One such gem is Ombligon, named for its belly button-like shape (from the Spanish “Ombligo”). Thought to be a natural mutation of an Ethiopian heirloom, Ombligon is primarily grown in Colombia’s Huila region and is known for its complex, expressive cup profile.

Ombligon first turned heads in 2022 when it helped win the World Barista Championship. Most recently, it was featured in the winning set at the 2025 U.S. Barista Championship, further cementing its place in the spotlight.
